Hi, I’m Frank

Losing my parents at 14 took me to a mindset of survival at no matter what cost that helped me navigate through the rough rollercoaster of my early life. Then it was after some years -a typo said “tears”, which is also correct- that I started to become aware of how connection and doing with others was helping me open my mind, be a little wiser, become much more joyful, and bring myself closer to myself. Enlarging my perception of options and opening unexpected possibilities to achieve things.

So why am I here?

I’m here to foster connection among we humans, connection to ourselves and to others, widen our range of agency and bring possiblity to achieve the furure we want to create.

My approach is experiential and somatic.

I am inspired and or trained among others by Theory U, The Leadership Circle®, CTI Co-Active Coaching, The Co-Active Leadership Model®, Social Presencing Theater, Otto Scharmer, Thomas Hübl, and Gabor Mate. With more than 25 years’ experience co-piloting businesses, managing change and leading projects in a nutrition and wellness multinational company.

I love being out in nature, climbing mountains, the sea, performing arts, ice baths.…..actually the more I think about it, the more things I find I like.
